House Raising

$4400.00 – This includes site measure, on-site discussion with clients, house plans, structural engineering certificate (form 15), soil test and foundation design. This is everything you need to give to your private certifier and builder.

House Extensions

$4150.00 – This includes site measure, on-site discussion with clients, house plans, structural engineering certificate (form 15), soil test and foundation design. This is everything you need to give to your private certifier and builder.

Renovations

$3500.00 – This includes site measure, on-site discussion with clients, house plans, structural engineering certificate (form 15), soil test and foundation design. This is everything you need to give to your private certifier and builder.

New Homes

$5900.00 – This includes site measure, on-site discussion with clients, house plans, structural engineering certificate (form 15), soil test and foundation design. This is everything you need to give to your private certifier and builder.

Structural Engineering (Form 15)

$2800.00 – This includes framing plans, bracing plans and any other detail requirements including signed off Form 15 Structural Design Certificate.
