Shotblasted Veneto Pastelli Commercial Concrete Paving range

The Shotblasted Veneto Pastelli is a commercial concrete paving range manufactured under a process of intense vibration and pressing to 200 tonnes per square inch,this ensures that an extremely dense product is achieved without the risk of shrinkage or cracking. It provides a product with long life and resistant to fading. All concrete pavers are shotblasted in a controlled Italian shotblasting machine providing a consistent blasted surface texture.

The commercial Pastelli Veneto combines top quality raw materials with a technologically superior method of manufacture to produce a line of pavers built to look great and last. The use of an inline shotblasting process allows us to offer a flexible non-skid finish. With the choice of two grades of blast/shot and a variable speed flywheel/etch the Veneto  Pastelli paver blast depth can be altered to meet individual requirements.

The commericial Pastelli Veneto range is manufactured in commercial depths from 40mm – 60mm.

The shotblasted Pastelli finish produces a high quality concrete paver with a rustic non-skid surface texture. Sharp edges are reduced through the variable speed blaster.

Colours for this range like those in the Terrazzo Veneto range are achieved primarily through the manipulation of raw materials with the addition of minimal oxides.
